The ideal candidate will have technical expertise, analytical skills, and strong communication skills. Requirements
- Awareness of technical concepts
- Agile/Scrum/Kanban team experience, Jira and ServiceNow experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple assignments
- Strong communication skills
- BA, BS or equivalent experience in related field preferred, Advance Degree preferred
- 4-8 years' experience preferred
- SQL skills
- Javascript and XML experience preferred
- Sales or customer service experience
