Perform job setup, scheduling, troubleshooting, and automation/API usage as a Control M Consultant. Migrate legacy schedulers, create Bash and PowerShell scripting, and integrate with Splunk, ServiceNow/JIRA, SNMP/email alerts.

Requirements

15+ years of overall IT experience
5+ years of experience with Control M end-to-end architecture, custom Integrations, API automation, and complex troubleshooting
Expertise with Job Scheduling with Control-M
Setup, Admin & Upgrade
Job Migration
Automation API/CLI
Knowledge of both Linux/Unix (Commands & Troubleshooting) and Windows Server (Basic Ops, Job Handling)
Excellent Scripting Skills – Bash Shell Scripting and PowerShell Scripting
Experience with Database systems - SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL (Job scheduling context)
Understanding of Log Monitoring, Job Alerts, Retry Mechanisms, etc.
Excellent Documentation and Standardization skills
Experience with Migration Planning (Big Bang/Phased)
