We're looking for a Copywriter, Campaigns to join our ServiceNow Brand & Strategy team. As a copywriter, you'll be responsible for creating impressive campaigns and brand experiences that live throughout the entire marketing funnel. You'll work collaboratively with an Art Director partner, as well as taking briefs independently, to develop creative ideas that meet the strategic brief and drive KPIs.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • BA in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, English, or other related discipline and/or the equivalent professional writing experience for campaigns
  • 8+ years experience in copywriting for a creative agency or world-class in-house team; B2B/tech experience is a plus
  • Hands-on expertise in developing creative solutions and campaigns across all mediums: advertising, film, websites (desktop/mobile), digital products, long-form copy, social, content marketing and events
  • Fluency with a variety of AI tools (Chat GPT, Claude, Midjourney, Sora, Runway, etc.) for use in the creative ideation and production process
  • Outstanding presentation skills, with the proven ability to design and pitch world-class strategic presentations to all levels of our organization
  • Strategic thinking with exceptional communication skills, ability to evangelize and build support for creative concepts and ideas across varying stakeholders
