A creative director is needed to lead the creation of impactful, brand-building and demand-generating programs and campaigns. The role will work with a cross-functional team to establish strategic and creative approaches to integrated campaigns. A creative leader who can dream up and implement innovative ways for the company to tell its story across various channels.
Requirements
- Set the creative "vision" based on brand vision, product truths, customer insights, content strategy, and knowledge of the customer journey.
- Work cross-functionally with a core team of stakeholders to create campaigns that build the brand and generate demand.
- Lead teams, contractors, and/or agency partners to create campaigns that build the brand and generate demand.
- Contribute to the creative brief process to translate stakeholder input into sound creative strategy.
- Bring digital-first thinking to every assignment/task and optimize digital creative in real-time based on in-market performance data.
- Champion long-term initiatives that deliver success across a broader area of impact.
- Actively train, mentor, and manage junior-level creative team members to take creative risks and do their best work.
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in the creative industry with at least 5 years working on integrated, digital-first campaigns as part of an in-house team.
- Exceptional ability to lead, influence, and work across organizational boundaries with a consistent history of cross-functional collaboration.
- Proven ability to lead by example and consistently inspire creative colleagues to create differentiating, pioneering ideas that conceptualize world-class solutions.
- Obsessed with finding the inspiring truths that lead to creative thinking that solves creative problems and propels the brand into the future.
- Strong presenter with an ability to sell creative thinking and ideas across the organization and with senior-level executives.
- Must be a believer in the power of brand and the importance of applying the brand consistently across all customer touchpoints.
- A curious learner with a growth mindset and an ability to quickly absorb information and learn on the job.
- Experience working on B2B business (ideal, but not required).
- An expert in Adobe Creative Cloud.
