Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in the creative industry, with at least 5 years leading digital- and social-first campaigns in-house.
- A proven track record of driving groundbreaking creative that breaks the B2B mold—balancing strategic messaging with fresh, unexpected design.
- Strong leadership and influence, with the ability to drive alignment and inspire teams across the organization.
Benefits
- Base pay of $159,400 - $245,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
