Customer Relationship Management Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Management Specialist fluent in English to work in Brussels, Belgium. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of IT experience and expertise in managing IT portfolios and project management tasks.

Requirements

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline
• Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in IT
• Minimum 2 years of specific expertise in managing and supporting IT portfolio and project management tasks
• Minimum 2 years of specific expertise in utilizing and managing Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tools and software
• Minimum 2 years of specific expertise in documenting and tracking project statuses and resource usage
• Minimum 2 years of specific expertise in coordinating and collaborating with diverse project and business teams
• Basic knowledge of budgeting, resource allocation, and financial tracking
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or PM2
• Familiarity with repository solutions such as GovIS2 or ServiceNow, preferably
• Excellent command of the English language
