Responsible for the system administration of internal security platforms, providing L1/L2 support to employees, and partnering with security developers and engineering team to deploy new platforms and tools.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in Information Security and Systems Administration
- Experience with Sailpoint, Identity and Access Management, and knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, and group policies and OU structures
- Ability to analyze and model complex identity and access workflows, troubleshoot and debug issues related to provisioning, access review, or entitlement anomalies
- Experience in Systems administration and troubleshooting, and knowledge of firewalls, intrusion prevention, and detection, TCP/IP, and related protocols, device monitoring, and log management
- Basic coding experience in Python and Perl
- Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow Incident Management, Change Management, and rational problem-solving skills
