Responsible for the system administration of our internal security platforms, providing L1/L2 support to our employees. Also partnering with our security developers and engineering team to deploy new platforms and tools internally.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in Information Security and Systems Administration
- Experience with Sailpoint, Identity and Access Management
- Solid understanding of Proficiency with LDAP, Active Directory, and understanding of group policies and OU structures
- Exposure to Azure AD, Okta, or AWS IAM is a plus for hybrid integrations
- Ability to analyze and model complex identity and access workflows
- Troubleshoot and debug issues related to provisioning, access review, or entitlement anomalies
- Knowledge on proxy management (Zscaler), Citrix environments, and Single Sign-On (SSO) integration beneficial, though training can be provided
- Experience in Systems administration and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system functionality and reliability
- This includes critical system security patching
- Demonstrate understanding of information security concepts, standards, and practices
- Basic coding experience in Python and Perl would be a plus
- Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow Incident Management, Change Management, and rational problem-solving skills
