Data Center Operations Analyst

We are looking for a Data Center Operations Analyst to join our global team. As a Data Center Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for global infrastructure design, standards, operations, and architecture. You will work with vendors, perform hardware break-fix tasks, and maintain documentation. We are looking for someone with 2 years of experience in data center operations, a passion for progression, and a strong analytical skillset.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• 2 year's experience in data center operations
• Perform hardware break-fix tasks within production environments
• General understanding of data center facilities and infrastructure
• Experience of deploying pre-integrated racks, servers, and network appliances
• Process oriented and experienced in process development
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to multi-task several issues
• The flexibility to travel domestically and internationally from time to time
• General documentation skills with particular emphasis on technical processes, standards, and knowledge sharing
• General understanding of networking/server architecture and hardware
• Experience with vendor management in a data center environment
• Knowledge and experience in ITIL process methodologies would be beneficial
• Ability to work independently in a variety of situations
• Excellent communication skills, customer focus, problem-solving abilities, positive mindset
• Ability to travel to local datacentres
