Data Tooling Manager

We're looking for a Data Tooling Manager to join our Chief Data & Analytics Office. The role will focus on ensuring data resilience, including understanding data flows, storage, and processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow GRC, managing SMEs, and identifying data resiliency issues.

Requirements

• Expert level of understanding of ServiceNow GRC, with experience of implementing bespoke modules
• Experience of managing SME's including Solution Architects, Business Analysts & QA Testers
• Experience in identifying data resiliency issues on middleware components e.g. batches, messaging queues, third party data connections, encryption, data recovery & backup, data vaulting, data integrity, and cloud technologies.
