As a Deal Operations Analyst, you will support Managed Services Partners and Account Executives, perform forecasting, analyze customer licensing, and ensure commercial proposal accuracy. You will work with cross-functional teams and interface with Order Management.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of proven experience in Operations in a software sales organization
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office
- Experience with a CRM System
- Has an understanding of the sales cycle
- Strong listening, analytics, problem solving and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize to meet business needs
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Team Player with positive attitude ready to work in a fast-paced environment
