Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration
- At least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Preferred certifications: ITIL, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, and Scrum Master certification
