We are seeking a dynamic Delivery Lead to join our IT Service Management Platform Team on a 2 Year Fixed Term Contract. In this critical role, you will oversee the testing and change management of our IT Service Management platform. You will manage a team of developers and work closely with the Technical Solution Lead, external managed services support team, System Administrator, and Platform Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Preferred certifications: ITIL, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, and Scrum Master certification.
