Requirements
- Proven experience in delivery management or programs, preferably in the financial sector, consultancy and related areas.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and experience in leading agile teams.
- Experience in matrix environments with global and multi-functional teams.
- Excellent customer relationship, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern management tools (Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, etc.).
- Ability to drive organizational change and deliver value in complex corporate environments.
- Bachelor's degree and advanced English.
