Capco is a global technology and business consultancy looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and mobilize high-profile international projects, overseeing delivery operations, creating a scalable team structure, and driving growth through strategic account development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in delivery management or programs, preferably in the financial sector, consultancy and related areas.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and experience in leading agile teams.
• Experience in matrix environments with global and multi-functional teams.
• Excellent customer relationship, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern management tools (Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, etc.).
• Ability to drive organizational change and deliver value in complex corporate environments.
• Bachelor's degree and advanced English.
