ServiceNow is seeking a Design Director, Global Brand to lead the vision for the ServiceNow brand and drive brand design across the organization and all channels. The ideal candidate has 12+ years of experience in design, building consumer brands globally, and 7+ years of people management experience.

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 12+ years experience in design, building consumer brands globally
• 7+ years of demonstrated people management experience coaching and developing team members
