Itero Group is a Women-Owned Small Business seeking a Desktop Support Administrator to provide Desktop Support Services to our Government client. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a working knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing system.
