Digital Analyst III

FTI is seeking a Digital Analyst II to join their team. The role involves developing software solutions, implementing best practices, and leading project software development efforts. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in development, analyst, or project management, with a focus on software development, product releases, and engineering tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and/or work experience
• 3+ years direct work experience in a development, analyst, or project management capacity
• Experience with Workday, Salesforce, and/or ServiceNow
• Machine learning and artificial intelligence experience
• Knowledge with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban)
• Previous experience creating CI/CD pipelines and test automation
• Experience in Javascript web application frameworks (e.g. React, Vue)
• Demonstrated expertise developing, deploying, and monitoring software in Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, HTTP, LAN/WAN, wireless, and routing
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, HELM, or other container platforms
• Knowledge of RESTful API’s and microservices architectures
