We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Implementation Lead to oversee and drive the successful implementation of digital transformation initiatives across our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technology integration, and change management, with a proven track record of leading complex digital projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, or a related role
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in business
- Strong understanding of enterprise technologies (ServiceNow, Oracle, GCP, Azure)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with change management and driving organizational change
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
