Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- 8+ years of experience in program and portfolio management, product management, or technical leadership
- 6+ years of people management experience leading global distributed teams
- Understanding of application support and portfolio management best practices and tools
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Aha!, Asana, etc.
- Strong understanding and experience in software development processes, including PDLC, Continuous Delivery, DevOps, Scrum, Agile, and Kanban
- Experience with ITSM/ITIL tools such as ServiceNow
- Understanding web technologies, browsers, analytics, reporting, and content management systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written, and experience leading discussions and presenting to varying levels of leadership
