We are looking for a highly organised, goal-oriented, self-directed professional to be an active player across our marketing team. As a high performing APAC team, you will interact directly with key business leaders and marketing teams across the globe to play a key role in accelerating pipeline growth, new opportunities, and be jointly accountable for revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing or Commerce, MBA preferred) and 15+ years of overall experience with 10+ years in high-tech marketing to various industries
  • Demonstrable success in dynamic and complex environments, with a proven ability to rally teams and influence at all levels to drive business outcomes
  • Ability to think, plan, and problem-solve strategically in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a firm focus on execution within deadlines
  • Experience and proven success in recruiting, coaching, and managing high-performing marketing teams
  • Excellent, prescriptive communication and “storytelling” to deliver information equally (all forms) to senior sales and marketing leaders, those beginning their professional journey, and everyone in between
  • Extreme attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Comfort in working with a variety of people from different parts of the business, including, but not limited to Sales, Product, Customer Success, and more
  • Demonstrable passion, inspiration and coaching of individuals and teams to build lasting organizational capability across the organization
  • Keen understanding of SaaS markets, business models, and buyer personae
  • Data-driven, experience with AI and analytics using CRM and/or marketing automation software. (Advanced MS Excel skills mandatory; advanced MS PBI skills well received)
  • Experience in managing budgets and vendors to deliver effective marketing programs at scale
  • Be a results-oriented, accountable leader with strong EQ and developed situational flexibility (awareness and action)
  • Self-starter, can work independently and proactively to resolve issues, take ownership of projects and processes
  • Be a customer-led and entrepreneurial thinker creating plans for own area of responsibility (resources, activities, risk assessment)
