Director, Applications - ServiceNow

Director, IT Applications - ServiceNow position summary: lead development, testing, configuration, optimization, and implementation services of ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalogs, Knowledge Management, HR Service Delivery, and Demand Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technology, Computer Science, or related field OR equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in managing processes, applications, or systems in a healthcare setting or relevant related industries
• 3+ years of leadership experience with ServiceNow platform oversight
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Strong technical skills
• Strong understanding of information processing fundamentals and best practices
