Director Configuration Management

Seeking an experienced Director to lead Service Asset and Configuration Management processes within the ServiceNow platform. The role involves strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with at least 5 years of experience in service asset and configuration management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT
• At least 5 years of experience in service asset and configuration management and CMDB architecture
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field
• In-depth knowledge of IT asset management and configuration management best practices, and compliance
