We are looking for an experienced Director of Development Operations to work alongside our business technology teams, platform development team, and enterprise technology & data team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience providing production support to modern platforms and demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities with an aptitude for driving innovation and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in platform operations/production support in the financial services industry
  • Good knowledge on Power Platform and Azure services like Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Azure App functions, Key vault, Azure monitor, Azure Event Hubs, Azure storage account, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure AI services for use cases and Azure OpenAI, machine learning integration, and intelligent automation.
  • Proficiency in Dynatrace for system monitoring, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with diagnostic tools and ticketing applications, e.g., Jira Servicedesk, ServiceNow, Opsgenie, etc.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipeline automation for efficient operations.
  • Knowledge on cloud migrations, particularly transitioning from on-premises to Azure or Microsoft Fabrics.
  • Experience implementing data lineage, governance, and ensuring data integrity within enterprise platforms
  • Passion for leveraging AI, observability tools, and automation to optimize platform performance and reliability.
  • Leadership experience, including mentoring platform teams, fostering innovation.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, influencing, and collaboration skills to engage and work effectively with stakeholders.
