Director Global Employment Tax and Compliance

The Director, Global Employment Tax and Compliance will be a core member of the ServiceNow Global Payroll Team, supporting the Global Head of Payroll in external and internal employment tax reporting requirements globally. The role will involve operating as a subject matter expert on global employment tax matters and advising the Global Payroll function on new regulations and changes to practice. The position will also involve collaboration with various functional teams across the organization.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, tax or business administration
• 10+ years of experience working in employment tax including international payroll taxes
