Director, IT Asset Management Product Owner - ServiceNow

We are seeking an experienced Director to serve as the Product Owner for RBC's IT Asset Management capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will be accountable for the end-to-end product lifecycle of ITAM solutions, including hardware and software asset management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with at least 5 years of experience in IT Asset Management
• 3+ years as Product Owner or Manager within a ServiceNow environment
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field
