Director of HR Technology, Product Owner HRSD

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of HRSD Technology to lead our ServiceNow HRSD product strategy, delivery, and implementation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow HRSD and a proven track record in implementations, combined with the ability to build and execute a product roadmap.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in HR Technology, with at least 4 years leading ServiceNow HRSD as Product Owner/Tech Lead/Functional HRSD Architect
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex HR technology projects on time and within budget.
• Experience directing offshore development teams and third-party implementation partners is required
