Director, Risk & Regulatory Business Intelligence

The Director, Risk & Regulatory Business Intelligence role is seeking a highly experienced and skilled individual to lead the Innovation & Technology Risk and Regulatory mandate. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence reporting, technology risk management, and RegTech solutions.

Requirements

• 12+ years in technology and risk management, with expertise in either infrastructure, security, AI/ML governance, or DevOps compliance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related technical field or equivalent technical experience.
• Proven track record in business intelligence data and report engineering.
• Proficiency in VBA, Python, SQL, and risk modeling tools (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow).
• Experience leading technical teams on automating risk workflows and deploying RegTech solutions at scale.
• Expert ability to drive strategic initiatives and partner effectively with diverse stakeholders, including technology teams and Risk on complex projects with excellent consultancy/advisory, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
