We are seeking a dynamic, technically skilled, and visionary leader to head a team of Sales Engineers within the AIOps or IT operations domain. As a leader, you will mentor and guide your team to achieve technical excellence, foster collaboration, and maintain high standards of customer engagement. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership and communication skills, enabling them to build trusted relationships and inspire confidence among partners, stakeholders, and team members.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in presales, solution architecture, or technical sales, with a focus on client partnerships.
  • Hands-on expertise with AIOps, observability tools, and ITSM platforms such as ScienceLogic, LogicMonitor, Splunk, Dynatrace, or ServiceNow.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, including AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as containerization and DevOps practices.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to build trust with senior client stakeholders and enterprise clients.
  • Proven track record of successfully supporting large, multi-million-dollar enterprise deals through partner-led engagements.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a 'get-things-done' attitude and a customer-first mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in creating and delivering technical enablement materials such as playbooks, FAQs, and training sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
  • Skilled in setting clear objectives and guiding team members toward achieving high performance and career growth.
