Director, ServiceNow Solution Architecture

The Director of ServiceNow Solution Architecture will lead a team of solution architects and provide architectural guidance and best practices in designing and developing tools to enable ServiceNow capabilities for McKesson Technology.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 12+ years of professional / technical experience
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in a variety of IT architecture, IT Service Management and/or Cloud computing roles
• Understanding and experience implementing and supporting the IT Operations Management capabilities of ServiceNow
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform data model, especially as related to shared tables (CMDB, tasks, etc.)
• Strong technical foundation in the Now Platform, either as an administrator or developer
• Knowledge and experience in database design schemas, database modeling, and cloud application technology
• Experience leading and managing technical teams and partnering with business stakeholders to define desired outcomes
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills to successfully partner with a diverse group of stakeholders
