Requirements

  • Lead and manage the enterprise third-party risk function, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide leadership across distributed second-line functions, demonstrating the ability to lead without direct authority.
  • Govern the direction of sophisticated enterprise risk management (ERM) policies, practices, policies and strategy.
  • Develop and implement risk models and quantitative measures to evaluate risk levels using both external and internal data.
  • Develop, deploy, and manage assurance programs in large and complex organizations or similar experience.
  • Establish and manage enterprise risk thresholds, ensuring compliance and appropriate risk mitigation.
  • Facilitate executive risk committees and present findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Leverage GRC, risk, and procurement toolsets, including Archer, Ariba, and ServiceNow to support risk programs.
  • Manage risks across multiple third-party categories, such as Cyber, Continuity, Privacy, Regulatory, and Solvency.
  • Utilize data tools, languages, and repositories within the team, including Databricks, AWS S3, SQL, and Python, to enhance risk management processes.
