Partner with business stakeholders as a liaison between function and technology teams to develop innovative technical solutions. Optimize business processes and systems, guide requirements gathering, and create functional and technical specifications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with four (4) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Office, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Data Analysis, ITIL (ex. ServiceNow) and BA practice knowledge.
- Three (3) or more years of experience with JD Edwards, DSI, a cloud-based inventory management system, inventory and manufacturing.
- Communication, listening, critical thinking, adaptability, relationship building, organization, influencing, problem solving skills
