Employee Relations Consultant, Sr. (Bilingual English/Spanish)

The Employee Relations Consultant Sr. will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for associates and management for associate relations issues. The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations. This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office).

Requirements

• Requires a BA/BS degree and minimum of 5 years of human resources experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• HR designation strongly preferred (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP )
• Prior experience with Associate Relations and investigations strongly preferred
• Workday or similar HCM experience preferred
• ServiceNow experience preferred
• Fortune/large company experience preferred
