Employee Relations Partner will support the delivery of Employee Relations programs, provide operational support to the Employee Relations team, and advise managers on performance concerns. The role involves administering and maintaining internal ERCM, creating cases, and providing thorough and accurate notes on case details. The employee will also support the development and expansion of training materials, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and partner with Global Employment Law team to provide HR policy, process, and program coaching.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of direct client-facing experience in a Human Resources role
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, empathy, and active listening skills
  • Commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an equitable and inclusive working environment
  • Experience with an HR ticketing system, ServiceNow platform expertise highly desired
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Proficiency navigating through HRIS systems (PeopleSoft, Workday, Tableau, etc.)
  • Strong learning agility and ability to manage own time and workload, juggling conflicting priorities
  • Knowledge of HR programs and processes (e.g., performance management, workforce planning, talent management and employment laws)

Requirements Summary
