As a ServiceNow developer, you will collaborate with project stakeholders to identify product and technical requirements, design new software and web applications, and support applications under development and customization. You will also participate in training representatives and operations staff on internally developed software applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- ITIL v3 certification
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
- 5-7 years of relative work experience
- Experience with large scale, enterprise ITSM implementations
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with portal development, including creation of custom web components in Service Portal [CSS, Angular JS, node.JS, Bootstrap]
- Experience designing, developing, implementing business applications in ITIL, CMDB, Service Catalog, SDLC, Change Management, and Incident Management
