Warehouse Application Support Engineer will create and maintain documentations, analyze production or workflow issues, and provide mentorship and training programs to other members of the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Computer/IT related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 to 4 years prior experience providing technical support in a warehouse or experience with warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to work onsite within the warehouse facility
  • Eagerness to learn production workflows, processes and adopting systems best practices
  • Proven ability to write and understand SQL queries
  • Strong customer service and organizational skills while keeping attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize accordingly.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-building skills.
  • Being a team player who is dedicated to providing the best results possible.
  • Having a strong work ethic and desire to be a life-long learner.
  • Experience in ServiceNow, provide timely updates to end users and provide technical notes.
  • Experience in executing Postman scripts.
  • Basic knowledge of running Python scripts.
