Engineer II, Application Support

We are seeking an Engineer II - Application Support to provide technology services and support for all Wayfairians globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentations, analyzing production or workflow issues, and providing mentorship and training programs to other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Computer/IT related field or equivalent work experience
• Prior experience providing technical support in a warehouse or experience with warehouse management systems
• Ability to work onsite within the warehouse facility
• Eagerness to learn production workflows, processes and adopting systems best practices
• Proven ability to write and understand SQL queries
• Strong customer service and organizational skills while keeping attention to detail
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize accordingly
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-building skills
• Experience in ServiceNow, Postman scripts, and Python scripts
