Requirements
- 2 years to 4 years of experience on Application support
- Good knowledge and hands on experience on Linux, shell scripting.
- Hands on experience on Tomcat, JBoss Configurations & Troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of troubleshooting on windows and Linux Platforms.
- Zabbix or any relevant experience on any of the Application/server monitoring tools.
- Basic understanding of Networking, TCP/IP Protocols
- Remedy-On-Demand, ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing tool.
- Good Knowledge on Application management/support.
- Willing to work on 24*7 rotational shifts.
- Strong Team Player, excellent communication skills, self motivated, flexible.
- ITIL knowledge or certification is preferred.
- Knowledge on AWS fundamentals is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge on Python, PHP and any databases(SQL/NoSQL)
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt latest softwares in the project procured.
- Good to have skills:
- Exposure towards working with Publishing Systems applications - Implementation, crossover integration
