Design, create, maintain, and improve orchestrated workflows to automate IT processes throughout the enterprise. Work closely with various teams to create automation solutions using ServiceNow, Java, and other technologies.
Requirements
- Define and implement efficient end-to-end provisioning Automation solutions based on Service now
- Serve as a subject matter expert for automation and orchestration
- Support existing Automation Portals, provisioning scripts, and identify automation orchestration related opportunities throughout the organization
