Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of experience developing and administering ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow development using JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow REST and SOAP APIs for integrations with external systems.
- Proficiency in building and optimizing workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
- Solid understanding of CMDB, Asset Management, and Service Catalog.
- Experience with ServiceNow ACLs, security best practices, and role-based access control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
