Engineering Program Manager

We are looking for an Engineering Program Manager to support our Developer Product organization in executing mission-critical high-value programs, managing cross-functional dependencies, and ensuring timely delivery of business value. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in program management, a technical background, and strong communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years in program management
• Bachelors degree in a technical field
• Prior background in leading programs in application/system integrations and payments will be a plus
• Experience organizing multiple teams delivering on software/product development initiatives
• Agile lifecycle management experience preferred
• Ability to develop effective, matrixed, cross-organization relationships
• Experience collaborating with teams and stakeholders across multiple geographies preferred
• Strong technical acumen and strong voice for the customer across the program delivery lifecycle
• Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills
• Strong business acumen and technical background
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organizational and analytical skills
• Collaboration skills, self-starter, and self-sufficient individual
• Experience with tools like JIRA/ServiceNow, Confluence, Tableau, Power BI, MS Office, Smartsheets/Clarizen, Collaboration tools (Slack, Skype, Teams etc.)
