The Enterprise IT Project Manager will direct and provide oversight of assigned and matrixed technical team to develop, design, initiate, document, implement and manage projects of varying sizes and complexity to achieve stated project outcomes. The Project Manager will support all PM activities as defined by Federal and DHS policy.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry On Duty (EOD) - Active EOD preferred
- B.A./B.S. or equivalent + 8 years of relevant experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- 5+ years of experience supervising, direct activities, and leading enterprise IT Project Teams
- Hands-on experience creating and maintaining Kanban boards or virtual task boards and direct oversight of projects using agile methods
- Experience and understanding of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management, Microsoft Teams, JIRA, Confluence, or other project management, collaboration, and ticketing applications
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong Microsoft Office experience, predominantly Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Advanced level experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Planner, Visio, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc.)
