Enterprise Risk Management, Sr. Dir.

The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) department is looking for a risk professional to support the Bank in maturing our risk management practices. Our goal is to provide an enterprise-wide risk framework and centralized oversight and governance, and to drive greater transparency and inform risk-based decision-making across the Bank.

Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years relevant experience
• Management experience through project leadership and group task management
• Experience with leveraging GRC platforms (such as ServiceNow and LogicGate)
• Regulatory experience with the Federal Housing Finance Agency and other prudential regulators is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to solving and preventing problems
