Enterprise Systems Engineer I

The Trade Desk is changing the way global brands and their agencies advertise to audiences around the world. We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Systems Engineer to join our team and help drive the evolution of our enterprise applications.

Requirements

• BS degree or equivalent years of experience in related field and 6+ years of related experience in enterprise systems engineering or a related field required
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Tableau, or similar enterprise applications required
• Strong understanding of business process design, automation, and workflow optimization required
• Experience with API integrations, scripting, and automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Python, JavaScript) required
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions while considering scalability and best practices
• Familiarity with ITSM, ITIL processes, and enterprise governance frameworks
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across departments
