The Epic Analyst, Inpatient Orders, assists Associate Epic Analysts on the team and collaborates with key stakeholders, end-users, and application team members to optimize the application's configuration, function, and access. The Epic Analyst 2 - Central (H) facilitates day-to-day application support and resolving application issues and provides day-to-day application support and resolving application issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • EpicCare Inpatient Procedure Orders (Required)
  • EpicCare Inpatient Orders Transmittal (Preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to perform duties in a remote work setting
  • Knowledge with Incident reporting work queues such as ServiceNow
  • Experience with On-Call rotations
  • Facilitate meetings, Transcribe meeting minutes
  • Update and maintain project; project tasks; service now Incidents records, Universal Requests
  • Participate in yearly, quarterly, monthly one-on-one meetings as scheduled
  • Learn University of Miami change control processes and required documentation associated for change management
  • Review University of Miami policies and procedures for clinical support staff
  • Complete IT scheduled compliance trainings.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
  • Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
  • Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, develop and train others.
  • Proficiency in computer software (i.e. Microsoft Office).
