The Epic Analyst, Inpatient Orders, assists Associate Epic Analysts on the team and collaborates with key stakeholders, end-users, and application team members to optimize the application's configuration, function, and access. The Epic Analyst 2 - Central (H) facilitates day-to-day application support and resolving application issues and provides day-to-day application support and resolving application issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- EpicCare Inpatient Procedure Orders (Required)
- EpicCare Inpatient Orders Transmittal (Preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to perform duties in a remote work setting
- Knowledge with Incident reporting work queues such as ServiceNow
- Experience with On-Call rotations
- Facilitate meetings, Transcribe meeting minutes
- Update and maintain project; project tasks; service now Incidents records, Universal Requests
- Participate in yearly, quarterly, monthly one-on-one meetings as scheduled
- Learn University of Miami change control processes and required documentation associated for change management
- Review University of Miami policies and procedures for clinical support staff
- Complete IT scheduled compliance trainings.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
- Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
- Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems.
- Ability to lead, motivate, develop and train others.
- Proficiency in computer software (i.e. Microsoft Office).
