This role will provide an opportunity to lead key activities to progress your career as an Employee Relations SME. Responsibilities include supporting employees and managers, leading HR investigations, and consulting with business partners. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of work experience, a robust exposure to the ER environment, and experience working in a customer service environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, law, human resources, or any other relevant function
- Robust exposure and experience to the ER environment
- Experience working in a customer service environment
- Fluent spoken and written English language skills
- Experience with Workday, ServiceNow or other HR systems
- Customer service-based mindset and focus on getting things done
- High level of personal resilience
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to handle multiple activities in parallel (multitasking) in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to structure your daily work
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of information
- Able to apply judgement when solving complex, personal matters
- Knowledge and understanding of HR processes and procedures
