ERP Sustainment System Analyst

As a Sustainment Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the JD Edwards platform, collaborating with stakeholders, and troubleshooting issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ERP application sustainment, security administration, and continuous improvement
• Experience with ERP sustainment practices using a modern ITSM application (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Business Analyst certificate (desirable)
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate knowledge of systems analysis, quality assurance, technical change management
• Proficient with JDE object management configuration, package management, security management, menu management, reporting, job scheduling and related monitoring activities (desirable)
