We are seeking an experienced D365 CE Functional Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX support, with hands-on experience in AX modules such as Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, or Retail. Strong communication skills and experience working in ITIL-based support environments are also required.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX support
- Hands-on experience in AX modules such as Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, or Retail
- Good understanding of X++ coding, SQL Server, and integrations
- Experience in resolving performance issues, debugging errors, and handling AX workflows
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot functional and technical issues
- Strong communication skills to interact with business and IT teams in Europe
- Experience working in ITIL-based support environments (ticketing systems like ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.)
