As an Executive Assistant, you will schedule appointments, plan meetings, and maintain complex calendars, while working through scheduling roadblocks. You will also draft and prepare routine and advanced correspondence, review outgoing correspondence, and arrange travel. You will work closely with leadership and organizations to optimize usage of time and make decisions regarding short-term priorities and work activities.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • 10+ years experience supporting VP level
  • Highly organized with exceptional communication skills and ability to manage a variety of high priority projects from multiple management and professional levels
  • Proficient in Zoom, Microsoft Office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Box, Concur and Google Docs
  • Experience handling confidential materials
