State Street’s Tech Platform Engineering & Operations (TPEO) Executive Technology Group (ETG) is looking for an Executive Support Lead in India. The individual will provide technical support to State Street executives and their assistants, and lead a team to deliver on their goals.
Requirements
- B.S. in computer science or equivalent technical degree.
- Total experience of 15+ years in the IT Industry in infrastructure space where 8+ years of experience is in providing hands on technical support directly to the Senior Executives
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal, business, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to take control in a crisis situation
- Hands on” experience with Microsoft Windows desktop technologies and Mac OS
- Knowledge of ServiceNow knowledge-base and ticketing system
- Strong experience and proficiency in administering MS 365 application Suite
- Understanding of mobile devices both iOS and Android
- Basic troubleshooting experience of WiFi, printers, LAN and Network
- Basic knowledge on upkeep of IT devices like Poly Cam, iPad, DTEN, etc. through regular patch updates
