Description of the position

Devoteam Cyber Trust is the team dedicated to cyber security expertise. Composed of over 800 passionate experts worldwide, including 450 in France, we advise our clients on complex topics: cyber, risks, resilience, network security, cloud security, encryption, audit, and security around our 5 partners AWS, Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.

As an expert in industrial systems security, you will intervene in multi-project mode with our major clients on innovative and high-added-value projects.

Responsibilities

  • Transcribing the cyber security requirements expressed by clients in an OT / IoT context and the management of industrial system security (ISS) is
  • Identify risks, threats, and propose improvement plans for the cyber posture of industrial systems.
  • Implement security in information systems and production chains throughout their life cycle (security by design and continuous integration).
  • Pilot or perform security audits in the various activities of the industrial sector (energy or goods production), which are inscribed in an IoT or OT model.
  • Pilot or perform improvement plans for the security posture of information systems.
  • Ensure regulatory or sectoral compliance.
  • Identify and evaluate materials, software, and potential suppliers for the implementation of industrial security solutions.
  • Master the security solutions offered by cloud public providers applicable to industrial system security.
  • Ensure operational and managerial reporting (KPIs, KRIs, incident and remediation tracking).

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or Master's degree in computer science, you have an excellent relational skill and a pronounced sense of service and quality.

You like working in a team, so that you can intervene on international projects.

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in the field of network and industrial systems security is required to succeed in this position.
  • Knowledge of cloud public providers' solutions on OT / IoT is required. For example: AZURE (IoT Hub, IoT EDGE), AWS IoT (Greengrass, Core, Device Management, Device Defender, Analytics, Events, Sitewise, Amazon Kinesis Video Streams,...).
  • Common English level

You have expertise, which can be materialized by one or more certifications in the following domains:

  • Infrastructure, architecture, and systems and controls of industrial systems (SCADA)
  • Standards and frameworks related to industrial system security (IEC 62443 / ISA 99, NIST SP 800-82,...)
  • Proprietary protocols of industrial system providers (Rockwell, Siemens, ABB and Schneider Electric)
  • International standards on information system security, such as NIST-CSF, ISO 27000 series.
  • A certification materializing an expertise on information system security (CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP) would be a plus.
